Water Quality:If water has a high acid content or comes out brown or yellow these are indicators that there is rust in the water.
Leaks:Leaks can be detected around your home if you start noticing stains and discoloration in your walls or ceilings. Moisture does not necessarily have to be present for a leak to spring.
Tube Corrosion:If pipe tubing shows flaking or dimpling, stains, discoloration or if the water has high acid content then this could indicate that there is corrosion.
Age:Older piping systems are more prone to springing leaks and breakages. Having your pipes inspected yearly will help prevent future problems
